Dolph ZIggler came out and attacks Cena when he was kissing AJ Lee and then Cena reversed it and runs him to the backstage area...but Apparently Cena twisted his ankle when he got out of the ring to chase ZIggler....

After Ziggler put Cena through the bathroom stalls, The Showoff got the last word by stomping Cena's injured knee as Superstars and officials dragged him out the door, leaving the Cenation leader with a potentially torn meniscus.
